If your Card or PIN is Lost or Stolen
If you believe your VISA Debit Card and/or Personal Identification Number (PIN) has been lost or stolen, or that someone has withdrawn or transferred or may withdraw or transfer money from your account(s) or has made purchases without your permission, call (800) 449-7728 anytime or call a HarborOne Customer Service Representative at (800) 244-7592 during normal business hours or write to us at:

Your Liability
Tell us AT ONCE if you think your card and/or PIN has been lost, stolen or used without your permission. Telephoning is the best way of minimizing your possible losses. There is no loss to you if you report the loss or theft within two business days of when you discover the loss or theft of your card, unless you have been negligent or engaged in fraud. You can lose no more then $50 if you fail to give us notice of your lost or stolen card and/or PIN and your card and/or PIN is used without your permission.
